RESEARCH:
How do other concerts describe themselves, what do they include int he description (aka describing the style of music, what is involved in terms of instruments, musicians and singers, musical inclusions such as ‘cantatas’.
DESCRIPTIONS (messaging)
Is the description ‘Sacred Music Concerts’ an accurate tagline? Would classical music concert or Choral Concert Performance or something more appealing and clear to a wider audience what the concerts are.
MEDIA COVERAGE:
Create a list of topics to lean into for the series, which appeal to Catholics and the wider arts community
Write articles in an arts journalism style for media outlets to pick up (based on above article subjects)
Post articles to a wide range of places, such as parish/tgbp blogs (need to set up) Benson blog,
Contact Radio stations with information / media pack so they can advertise. (ABC Classic, Light FM, Others?)
Articles in print newspapers?
TRACK BOOKINGS FOR FUTURE MARKETING FOCUS
Create individual booking links for digital platforms such as Instagram (stories & Bio’s), Mailchimip, Newsletter Booking Link
