The Sacrament of the Eucharist

Jesus Truely Present

The Eucharist is one of the central sacraments of the Catholic faith. At Mass, we believe that the bread and wine become the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. This is not a symbol, it is Christ himself is truly present.

When we receive Holy Communion, we are united with Jesus and with one another. The Eucharist strengthens us to live our faith, deepens our relationship with God, and reminds us of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. We’d love to welcome you at one of our parish Masses.

Making Your First Holy Communion

Children in our parish usually prepare to receive their First Holy Communion around the age of 8, after a period of formation that includes learning about the Mass, prayer, and the meaning of the Eucharist.

If you or your child are interested in preparing for First Holy Communion, or if you’re an adult who has not yet received this sacrament, please get in touch—we’d love to walk with you on this journey of faith.

Please Note: Enrolments are now CLOSED for 2025.

Please contact our Parish Office for details regarding 2026 Sacramental registrations.
