A profound musical experience, performed by a vocal ensemble, featuring Melbourne’s leading singers. Aria award winner Conrad Helfrich, composer and Director of Music at St. Peter’s Church, Toorak, presents The Primacy of St. Peter. An original choral composition performed in English that brings scripture to life through sacred music, highlighting St. Peter’s life. 

The concert will be held in St Peter's Church, followed by refreshments in the Parish Centre.

Our 2026 Sacred Music Programme - Encounter the divine, expressed through the Church’s rich musical tradition.

Our candlelit concerts offer an immersive sacred music experience, performed by leading Melbourne vocalists and instrumentalists. Held in the beautiful setting of St Peter's Catholic Church Toorak, these evenings draw you into contemplation and stillness, with choral works, ancient polyphony, organ repertoire and timeless classical pieces, enriched by strings and chamber orchestra. The evenings also feature original compositions, arranged and/or composed by our Director of Music, Conrad Helfrich.
